We are Komorebi Trading Cards AB, operating as Komorebi Cards ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are registered in Sweden, with our office located at Klenavägen 59, 13669 Vendelsö. Our store currently operate on Tradera and Cardmarket (collectively, the "Platforms") and utilize their services for all transactions and product listings. Our website, https://komorebicards.com (the "Site"), is provided for informational purposes and links directly to our stores on these Platforms. Together, these constitute our "Services."

1. Shipping and transfer of risk
 
When you purchase something from us, we are responsible for the shipping risk until you have received the item. If you discover errors or damage to the product that was not in any way already disclosed in the listing when you bought the product, you must immediately contact us to file a complaint and send the item back. We pay and are responsible for shipping in the event of a filed complaint.

2. Delivery time
 
Calculated from the day the purchase was paid for, we estimate the delivery time to be between 1-3 business days within Sweden, 3-7 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days outside the EU.
 

3. The right of withdrawal
 
As a buyer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation for all purchases from us with a total order value of 400 SEK (or the equivalent in EUR) or more including shipping costs. The cancellation period starts from the day after you receive the item.
 

4. Return shipping
 
When you return an item with the right of withdrawal, you are the one who pays the shipping cost and is responsible for keeping the item in good condition from the time the item is delivered to you, until we receive the returned item. Don't forget to package the return package well so that no unnecessary damage occurs during the return.
 

5. Depreciation in case of extensive use
 
When returning an item that has been used more than is necessary to determine its character, characteristics and function, we reserve the right to make a deduction for depreciation before making the refund. This deduction is determined by comparing the estimated value of the item after the return with its original value at the time of purchase.
 

6. How to cancel your purchase
 
If you want to cancel your purchase, please send us a message via the platforms messaging services where you clearly state that you want ot cancel your purchase. If the messaging services are not working for some reason, please contact us via email komorebi.tradingcards@gmail.com.
 
We prefer that you primarily contact us via the platforms messaging services and secondarily email.
 
If you wish, you can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency's cancellation form, which you can download and send to us via email.

7. Refund
 
The refund in case of return or complaint must be made by us to you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of cancellation. However, a refund will not be made until we have received the returned item and inspected it.
 

8. In the event of errors and damage to the goods
 
When you make a purchase with us, you always have the right to file a complaint about the product within a three-year period starting from the day you receive the product. If you discover errors, damages or the like in the item that are not clearly shown in the sales listing's pictures or description, you should contact us as soon as possible after the discovery. For your complaint to be considered valid, it is important that it is always made within three months from the date on which the damage or fault was discovered.
 

9. How to return the damaged item

If you want to return a damaged item, you contact us primarily via the platforms messaging services, otherwise via email: komorebi.tradingcards@gmail.com. When you are going to send the item back, it is as usual important that you package the item well. The buyer may be responsible for any compensation for damages caused by poorly packaged goods.
